LONDON: Pakistan People’s Party chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari had to cut short his speech at 'Kashmir Million March' as some of the participants chanted slogans against the young PPP leader here on Sunday.
Some of the participants, who had gathered at the Trafalgar Square to show solidarity with the people of occupied Kashmir, started chanting slogans against Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif as the PPP chief started his speech.
The protesters were forced out of the venue of the 'Million March' by private security guards who later surrounded the stage where Bilawal was to make the speech.
Sensing the situation, the PPP chairman made a short speech and didn’t appear on the stage.
Commenting over the incident, Aseefa Bhutto Zardari, younger sister of Bilawal Bhutto, said in a message posted on social networking website twitter that Indian agents tried to stop Bilawal from delivering speech.
